Returns & Exchanges

All jewelry is designed by me, custom made in small batches in Southern California and hand-finished, so there may be a slight difference from the image. Please allow for small imperfections due to the custom nature of each design.

Pre-ordered, made-to-order items: For all pre-ordered made-to-order items, we offer only returns within 14 days of receiving the item, NOT exchanges. We only refund items if they are defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. NOT if they do not fit you properly. We do NOT offer resizing services. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

We do not offer ring resizing services.

In-stock items only: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. NOT if they do not fit you properly. We do NOT offer resizing services or exchanges for different sizes. You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are for the same item only. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

If item you'd like to exchange for is out-of-stock, you must allow 6-8 weeks for production and shipping preparations.

One-of-a-kind items: One-of-a-kind pieces cannot be exchanged. They can be returned within 14 days of receiving item. We only refund items if they are defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.

      • Please note, that due to the fact that our jewelry are made to order, refunds aren't full, and are given minus 5% off of the item's full price. 

      • Refund on items made of solid gold are given minus 12% off of the item's full price. 

      • Refund is given excluding shipping fee.

         

        Custom Order

        Custom orders, such as custom text and custom designs requests- CANNOT be refunded. 

        Sale items (if applicable) - sale items CANNOT be refunded.

        IMPORTANT: Please note that shipping the item back to you comes with an additional fee of $13 upon approval of exchange.

        Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

        You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
